Day 72: Walking the trails

They keep saying it might snow soon, so I thought we'd better take advantage of the trails while they're still open. It was pretty cold out and got a little close to meal time for us to go very far, but there are some beautiful trails around this area by Palmer Lake. I'll miss those if we end up moving very far.

Day 57: A walk in the park

It was a beautiful fall day, so Zaria and I took a walk to the city park this morning and saw lots of geese here and in the water and flying by.

Day 23: Mother's Fellowship

I felt really awkward at Mother's Fellowship this morning. I came early to learn about sound set-up, but it was a brunch day so there wasn't much to set up. And my mom came wanting to watch Zaria, so I felt caught between my role as mother and my role as apprentice. Now as I look back at it, maybe it's a good idea if I just enjoy being a part of Mother's Fellowship for a while before I try to take on helping. It can be hard to visit with people if I'm busy setting stuff up.
